The Reef Club Brochure Folder

Property Development in Brazil

This was the primary print piece for the property developer. Its main graphic element is taken from the logo (which we also designed). The brochure, an oversized, square trifold, incorporates interior flaps that unfold to reveal lifestyle images and information about the development. It also has a glued pocket to hold inserts, such as a site map and architectural and technical construction details.

The Manga Beach Club Trifold

Property Development in Spain

One of several trifold brochures produced for a beach club development in southern Spain, this brochure employes an art deco theme based on its logo (which we designed). The theme and graphic elements were picked up to be employed in the interior architecture of the beach club. Other print materials included magazine ads, inserts, development site signage, sales office decor and exhibition stands.

International Travel Company based in Panamá

The 16-page landscape format brochure featuring travel and lifestyle images and information for travel agents was the first of several print collateral. Other materials (including exhibition stands and posters) were created to create awareness and also to offer discounts and club promotions.

After completing a logo design for this unique building (see Logos & Branding page), we moved forward with the brochure. This compact piece was designed with fold-out panels on several interior pages, so that panoramas open up before your eyes. The project was an old Spanish church that was being renovated for use as a boutique hotel.

This B2B candle manufacturer was looking for a striking presentation for its exclusive line of scented candles, which are custom branded for corporate clients. This gatefold brochure opens to highlight product images and descriptions on the interior panels with purchase details an outside back.

This B2B client wanted to inform retail businesses of the value of becoming a Member. At the same time, they required some flexibility, so a wide pocket was designed into the interior of the folder to accommodate interchangeable inserts.
